Hello Fellow Fruit Loops!
We were just given another opportunity to join Mr. Burney at his ranch in Moorpark this Sunday! This is a unique opportunity; instead of our volunteers picking Mr. Burney’s grapefruits, he hires professional pickers and asks that the Food Forward volunteers simply put the fruit into bags so that they can be donated to our local food pantries! See below for details:
When: Sunday, August 15th
Time: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Where: Burney’s Ranch, Moorpark, CA
Volunteers needed: 15-20
